Who is responsible for your data

Your personal data is processed by Ramazan Çelik (RC Visuals, Istanbul) as the data controller. You can reach us at ramm.mov@gmail.com or through the contact form on this website.

What we collect and how

When you fill in the contact form, the following is collected electronically, by automated means:

• the name and email address you enter
• your message and any project details you share
• technical records the server may keep when you visit (IP address, browser details, time of visit)

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, talk to you about your project and prepare a quote. The legal basis is that this is directly related to setting up a contract (KVKK article 5/2-c); for technical records, it is our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (article 5/2-f).

Your details are not used for marketing, and we will not send you commercial messages without your consent.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. Messages from the form and technical records are stored only in the systems of the companies that provide our website hosting and email. Their servers may be outside Turkey; any such transfer is made under the conditions of KVKK article 9. We share data with public authorities only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages until your enquiry is closed, and for up to two years afterwards in case we work together; then they are deleted or anonymised. Technical records are kept only for a limited period, for security.

Cookies

This website sets a single cookie that remembers your language (English or Turkish) for one year. It is created only when you switch language. We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising.

Your rights

Under KVKK article 11, you have the right to:

• find out whether your personal data is processed, and ask for information about it
• learn why it is processed and whether it is used for that purpose
• know the third parties it is transferred to, in Turkey or abroad
• ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected
• ask for your data to be deleted or destroyed
• ask for these corrections or deletions to be passed on to the third parties it was transferred to
• object to a result against you that comes solely from automated analysis of your data
• claim compensation if you suffer damage because your data was processed unlawfully

How to make a request

Write to ramm.mov@gmail.com from the email address you gave us in the form. We will answer free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
